1. About elaSEO

elaSEO (elaseo.com) is an AI-powered SEO toolkit that provides tools for bloggers, content creators, and small website owners to improve their search engine rankings. The service is operated by Elango, based in India.

By accessing or using elaSEO, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• •All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• •Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single annual charge.
• •Prices are displayed in USD. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.
• •Coupon codes and discounts are applied at checkout and reflected in your subscription record.
• •We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
• •If a payment fails, your account will revert to the Free plan until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• →Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• →Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after the period ends.
• →No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period.
• →Annual subscribers who cancel within 7 days of initial purchase may request a full refund by contacting us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use elaSEO only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• ✗Use the service to analyse, scrape, or attack websites you do not own or have permission to test
• ✗Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or access controls
• ✗Use automated scripts or bots to bulk-consume tool usage beyond your plan limits
• ✗Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to elaSEO tools without written permission
• ✗Use the service to generate spam, misinformation, or content that violates third-party rights
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
• ✗Impersonate elaSEO, our team, or other users
• ✗Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our tools use Claude AI by Anthropic to generate SEO recommendations, blog outlines, meta tags, and other content. Regarding AI-generated outputs:

• •You own the outputs generated using your inputs through our tools.
• •AI outputs are provided as suggestions only — always review before publishing.
• •We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• •You are responsible for ensuring AI outputs comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
• •Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The elaSEO name, logo, branding, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of elaSEO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you input into our tools. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to provide the requested tool output.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep elaSEO available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• •Perform scheduled maintenance (we will announce in advance where possible)
• •Experience downtime due to third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Razorpay)
• •Temporarily disable specific tools for updates or abuse prevention
• •Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Downtime does not entitle users to refunds unless it exceeds 72 consecutive hours in a billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, elaSEO and its operators shall not be liable for:

• •Loss of revenue, profits, or business resulting from use of the service
• •Changes in your website's search engine rankings
• •Inaccuracy in AI-generated SEO recommendations
• •Data loss due to free plan report expiry
• •Third-party service outages affecting elaSEO
• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

elaSEO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• •The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• •AI-generated recommendations will improve your search rankings
• •Results from our tools will be accurate, complete, or current
• •The service will meet your specific business requirements

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• ✗Violate these Terms of Service
• ✗Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• ✗Attempt to compromise the security of the service
• ✗Provide false information during registration

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Affiliate Programme

elaSEO offers an affiliate programme where approved partners earn commission on Pro subscriptions they refer. Affiliate terms include:

• •Commission rate is set by elaSEO and may change with 30 days' notice
• •Commissions are paid monthly for verified, non-refunded conversions
• •Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination
• •Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising or spam
• •elaSEO reserves the right to reject or revoke affiliate status at any time

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
